Singer loses job for going to Download.

In a gallant display of loyalty to emo-worship, lead singer Pete of Vague Inspiration lost his job at Somerfield as a direct result of attending the Download festival. “I only got the job to buy cd’s in the first place” said a distraught Pete yesterday, adding “when someone pisses on your sunshine piss on them.”

His advice to the gainfully employed: “As a commited vocalist I have found festivals and gigs are the way forward” (ed: he just means visiting them not perfoming) “…follow in my footsteps and quit your retarded job to go to download festival. I thought I’d be screwed without a job but i’ve been to three festivals this year already two of which with no income.”

And as for those who find themselves among “the unemployed that don’t need sense” ? “Maybe you should get a job.. not for me though, i have another ten day holiday coming up to visit my girlfriend.” Yes, you guessed it, he met his emo queen at Download. What a legend.
